transmits information about the physical location of the User's device, combined with
information about which advertisements the User has viewed and other information collected
by the Personal Data Operator, to the Personal Data Operator's marketing partners so that
they can provide more personalized content to the User and study the effectiveness of
advertising campaigns. In some cases, the User may allow or prohibit such use and sharing

Carrot quest. It is a service that includes eCRM tools, email newsletter, pop-ups, online
chat and web analytics. The service is used by the Personal Data Operator for the operation
of the online chat on the Website and its correct operation as presented to the User. The
Personal Data Operator does not collect or process the User's Personal Data through Carrot
quest. Hotjar. A service that allows the Personal Data Operator to study the anonymous
activity of Users on the Website, what, when and how they do on the Website. Users' activity
is converted into a special heat map, which allows the Personal Data Operator to assess
whether Users are interested in the information about the Services/Service Packages offered
on the Website, whether they are easy to find, what is the search algorithm.
Indexed DB. The Personal Data Operator stores the keys/values (noSQL database)
entered by the User on the Website and uses the JavaScript application programming
interface (API) provided by Users' web browsers to manage the JSON object database.
3. Controlling the cookies
